Scott D. Rand, M.D., Ph.D.
Scott D. Rand, M.D., Ph.D. is a radiologist for Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI), a service of Froedtert Hospital. He also serves as an assistant professor of radiology and the co-director of MRI at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Rand completed a fellowship in neuroradiology with the Barrow Neurological Institute. He served a radiological residency with the University of Washington Medical Center after receiving his medical degree and Ph.D. from Stanford. He completed his B.A. from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine and his M.S.E.E. from Stanford University in California.
During the course of his career, Dr. Rand has authored and co-authored 40 journal articles and book chapters, and has been honored for his outstanding achievements in math and chemistry. His professional affiliations include the Society of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine and the American Society of Neuroradiology, of which he is a senior member.
