Froedtert CDI submits insurance claims to commercial health plans, HMO, PPO, auto accident and workers’ compensation carriers and government funded programs. Patients’ coverage varies by plan. Patients can contact their carrier to verify specific coverage and reimbursement levels for services to be rendered.
